Custom Returns Reasons

In our Monday 4th June release we are adding a new feature that allows you to customise returns reasons. In the past, you had to choose between Damaged or Not Required. Now you can add your own reasons and for Complex warehousing users, you can even specify a bay to return the goods to.

You will find the Return Reasons button in the returns section.
