On-boarding and migration for Linnworks customers
On-boarding with Cloud Commerce Pro always begins with an on-site consultation. We’ll discuss your requirements, see how your business works, and make sure everyone knows what to look forward to. This is followed up with a personalised demo, showing you how our system works and what you can expect.
An implementation plan will be created from these meetings, and work will begin on migration. We use the same terminology as Linnworks so, when migrating customers over, it’s simple to export their data.
