Message Centre Auto Reply Message Auto Delay Feature

Firstly an apology if you have already received this email today.  A number of our users have told us they didn’t, we don’t want them to miss out on new features.

When setting up an auto reply in Cloud Commerce Pro Message Centre the response when triggered would normally be sent immediately but for some situations, you need to delay the message to make it look like a human reply. Cloud Commerce Pro now has a built in auto delay function which will delay your auto replies to around the time you select. For example, if you wish to send your replies around 1 hour after receiving them CCP will choose a time between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours at random.

For Amazon sellers, this will prevent your messages being blocked as computer generated so you can appear to be responding promptly even when you are enjoying some well earned down time.

This feature is available for all customers with immediate effect in your message centre configuration screen.
