Track your items with Dispatch Identifiers

For some businesses, it’s essential to track serial numbers, batch codes and other identifiers when dispatching products. For example, if selling computers you may wish to track the serial numbers, while for foodstuffs it may be the batch source you need to know.

Considering this, Cloud Commerce Pro comes with a Dispatch Identifier with the following features:

  • Free Text

    That is, the option to enter or scan any number or letter combination at dispatch.

  • Unique by product

    As ‘Free Text’, but the same dispatch identifier cannot be used more than once.

  • Pre-entered Product Serial Numbers (Single Use)

    So in short, enter serial numbers as you check in new stock.

  • Pre-entered Product Serial Numbers (Multiple use)

    Specifically batch IDs or serial numbers. You can apply them many times, but at least one must be chosen at dispatch.
